How to order embroidered products

We don't use a shopping cart.  i've thought about it and decided it doesn't allow me to assure that my customers receive the right product and size.  The Products page attempts to show what we offer, but note that it's hard to keep up with changing colors and styles as manufacturers are constantly introducing new styles (and discontinuing some of my favorites).

Please email us with the type of product you're interested in and the design you would like embroidered.  We'll email you back within 24 hours, and if you don't here from us by then, try again as it may have hit a spam folder.

We accept checks, you can call us with a credit card number, or I can send a Paypal invoice.  The choice is yours.

Return policy:

Items that have not been worn may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.  Personalized items may only be exchanged if the design is different from the agreed upon order.  Embroider Bee will pay shipping if it is our error.
